  Gravity fired my daughter saying she was a no call no show. 1st job so of course she's still learning. They were told not to call if they can find a replacement to work their shift but to only call if they can't. She's in lots of activities at school and was having a show. A coworker said he would work her shift but never showed up or called. She was fired. FOR FUTURE REFERENCE "Gravity" stop telling your employees that if they find a replacement not to call they both should have to sign on a dotted line saying they both agree to the change. Run your business right or don't run it at all. Most of these teenagers are 1st time worker's.
